On August 2, 2019, a convertible lender converted 259,660, 000 shares. but has not sold into the market yet. OS w/this had to be equal to 3.07B but it unchanged from the last update:

Outstanding Shares 2,858,739,274 verified by T/A at: 09/03/2019


looks like orie buying back those debt securities
