IF and it is a big IF this plays out and the tower is built and runs the reward better be worth this very large risk.

It's hard to imagine a bigger IF. That said....if it is built, the time to sell would be just before it becomes non-operational. Let the financiers for the tower take the hit.

The shareholders are only financing Pickett.
