This response is in essence confirmation of the merger. Anyone selling anything below .01 is out of his or her mind. Wait until the return to current status and up to date filings are done and you’ll wish you had waited another week or two. The completion of that will increase confidence to a fever pitch about the completion of October’s merger. I wonder how the share price would respond if they did a giant PR announcing return to current status AND the completion of the merger versus two separate PRs weeks apart. Any thoughts?
