Auris had 200+ plus employees, including engineers, software developers, marketing dept, sales dept, PR dept, regulatory dept, etc. Along with 180+ patents, 510k clearance, $40m in revenue, and some guy named Fred Moll. In order to accomplish that all they had to do is raise $1.4 billion (look at that number again).
Jnj didnt just buy a robot they bought an entire company/ecosystem

Titan has raised $200m, has 6 employees, and unless you think Mac can do better than Moll you should have your head examined. It's time for the big boys to take over. Sell now before we get diluted to nothing
