There are always OTC gamblers who will buy any OTC ticker at $.0001 and just sit on them, hoping one day they'll pop before they R/S. And there are those who make a living off promoting these tickers hoping that one day they'll pop for a day or two so they can thump their chest and shout out how wonderful they are in making these calls. Ignoring all those that don't, of course. Right now, SANP is just one of 53 tickers that are being promoted.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
