Gotcha. I know the two are very close. There is no doubt that KGKG is opening doors for VATE. They also still have a vested interest in VATE's success which is very beneficial.

I would expect the two companies to be very similar in distribution, especially while the fog still exists with CBD regulations. Once that clears (hopefully within the next month or so) I expect VATE to go in other directions more aligned with coffee and tea as well.
