You’re confusing a R/S w/ the purpose of issuing shares to clear debt (I.E. Toxic debt) w/ issuing shares to acquire 3 revenue generating companies. How did u think they were going get these 3 companies to merge? Of course they have to issue the 3 merging CEO’s shares.

That is by no means a “death spiral”.
