CEO stated in email to look at the company description on OTC markets. This will shed some light on what is happening here.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
IGEX's business model has been restructured as a holding company for companion animal medicine. Our strategy is to broaden our market footprint by acquiring businesses including, but not limited to, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical assets, veterinary care, research and development, DME equipment, and companion animal cannabis.

This makes me think... maybe they won't change symbol name... She keeps talking about spending a lot of time to clean up this ticker because it was dirtier than they thought. Looks like they plan on acquiring other businesses in this field. They probably know of a couple already. Bringing several other vet/animal medicine companies under one public roof to help further research and development all under the IGEX umbrella.... CEO probably wants to wait on PR until some of items below are done.

They are waiting for certification from the FDA....

She submitted info to FINRA and the SEC that they requested, waiting on them....

No Dilution! CEO has repeated this many times now... Usually all in CAPS too.

I usually do not like to play these OTC stocks long/investment but this one has potential that good solid DD has uncovered.

Someone yesterday posted on here that this stock is cooked...

I believe the oven is on preheat... Patience is needed here.
