You are correct there are 4 different routes for listing on Nasdaq and one with a price of only $2.00. Anyone can Google this easily.

My take is Ian is going to help them do road shows and get the name out to build awareness and more shareholders as well as cause demand and raise share price. Then they can plan an up-listing without a big reverse split.

As we see all the pieces are now in place. Lets get some more contracts and build recurring revenue.

As a starter they can get 500 oil n gas facilities at 120k US thats 60 million slap an 8 x on it and thats 480 million almost $2.00 us per share.
