I think Nest and Shinook have hit the nail on the head here - Verus purchased an existing, revolving supply contract (not a company) from an existing company in the region that is either changing focus or needing cash (or both). Verus isn’t manufacturing anything, they’re sourcing wholesale products and supplying them in the region for margin - high margin.
