If one lives in Atlanta and a shareholder it's worthwhile imo. I agree something doesn’t add up, that’s why it’s worth it to pay a visit. They still have a secretary answering the phone websites are up and emails go through. No dilution or RS like u said would occur. Those are the positives, negatives are; business licenses are are expired or suspended, no communication, no movement. If it was a scam I don’t think she would pay for a secretary to answer the phones, I still think she has something planned like a RM with Linux. She went a head and renewed their business license, and the website says :
