PCTL Days Are Limited Of Above 1 Cent. Most of the trading is the ones who converted notes past 2 months for less than a penny.
They are propping the bid from time to time to unload. That is why you keep seeing this no run.
Keeps hitting the wall. Not to mention no Q-10 or Merger update. PCTL will be left for dead with the pile of other pinks that litter the OTC.
