Omnibus Objection to Claims. Notice of Objection Bar Date and Certificate of Service, Court Claim Numbers 1-45, 47-65, 69-134, 138-163, 165-179, 181-287, 289-348, 350-422, 425-440, 442 are involved. Filed by Trustee Richard D. Myers (9/03/19)

Proofs of claim filed by the Claimants are objectionable and should be disallowed to the extent they are filed (1) in the wrong case and there is no apparent amount due from debtor, (2) no supporting documentation provided to evidence the claim validity, (3) claim is contingent on events which never occurred, (4) claim represents shares of the stock of Debtor and if allowed, should be allowed junior in priority to the debenture obligations of Debtor shown This Objection seeks to disallow and/or modify certain filed Proofs of Claim. Claimants receiving this objection should locate their names and claim(s) on the Exhibit attached to this Objection by Claim 67, (5) creditor’s claim is included in the claim filed here by Deutsche Bank as Trustee as Claim 68 and should not be separately allowed as filed, (6) claim indicates creditor is a preferred stockholder; such claim should be accorded a priority below the debenture obligations of Debtor, represented by Claim 67; (7) claim attachments establish the Claimant is not the party in interest; or (8) is a duplicate claim previously filed and should, therefore, be disallowed.
