I ask Devon about the website being down. He answered:

Website has to be completely rebuilt. Too many old agreements and things we are not focused on right now. Hope to have new website up over the next 30 to 60 days. Also had trouble accessing the website because it was controlled by Tom. When he passed we lost access for a long time. Just need to start fresh.
