As far as HC Wainwright goes:

I've talked to Sushi a little bit about this on Stocktwits I think and he knows more about this than me. But I just want to give a perspective here that I think a lot are feeling and open up some fair dialogue.

ALL June we heard, "by the start of July we will finally be rid of HC Wainwright because they have first right of refusal. They facilitated toxic deals for CVM but we will be rid of them now!" But now we hear that we are part of a conference sponsored by them...

That gives a lot of us pause. Even though technically we don't need any further funding in the near term, we wonder, is there going to be a surprise cash raise none of us saw coming? Are we going to get another toxic deal again? Didn't we hate these guys? Didn't they keep calling Geert trying to get him to do another deal? What are we missing here?

Are these scenarios likely at this moment in time? PROBABLY not. But are having these questions and fears valid? I feel that they are. The conference is sponsored by them. I hope it turns out to be a very good thing or at least a nonevent when it happens. But there is a voice in the back of my head still questioning this.

I'm leaving this open to thoughts. But I do feel that we shouldn't throw out people's concerns about this. I always believe it's best for us longs to be diligent and look into EVERYTHING.

If anyone has a good explanation to calm us down and explain why HC Wainwright sponsoring this conference can be a good thing and not a bad thing for us. I'm all ears. Really, I'm looking for the positives :)
