BANKRUPTCY IN 2020 WITH ZERO REVENUE.

Company divested itself of the only revenue producing entity which was the dispensary in California.

Zero revenues from Canada.

Wholesale in Nevada amounts to less than 1/10 of current operating expenditures.

Ongoing BCSC investigation will prevent company from getting convertible debt financing.

All of these factors will give insiders no choice but to dump shares prior to BANKRUPTCY.
