IMO, it could have only been lazar that was

allowed to change otc website in the first place

and like the other ticker....(eorz) the original

otc website update was followed up with an

official notice.... I guess the same with tcpp

signing was expected within next week so

lazar wanted to inform his shareholders but

this time, a last second snag may have taken

place and therefore lazar withdrew the otc

information... for now, that sounds like the

only plausible scenario.....
