Thank you for your reply.

I believe prioritizing the release of Financials will be very instrumental in stabilizing this stock. Even if the numbers aren't terrific news, I believe any news will be good news as investors are doubting the legitimacy of UBQU and it's going concern.

Again this is my opinion, but Release of the Financials along with a true PR of the issues would stabilize the stock price, get it trading again and give you some time to work on the Company issues...this appears to be pretty urgent as we are at NO BID
