today sent cease and desist letters to multiple individuals discovered to be seeking funds in the
name of the corporation while implying these funds will be used for the benefit of the
corporation.
Included in their written solicitation materials are false statements concerning current business
operations, misleading statements concerning future strategies for achieving and supporting
growth. A projected year-end price per share is also stated with no supporting discussion.
Further, written communication describing this unauthorized effort pledges Zicix common stock
as collateral in exchange for financing their illegitimate fund raising, stock sales and stock
promotion efforts.

was completely surprised on the evening of Wednesday, August 28, to learn of these
