Happy did you know that beverages are not selling well in legal markets like California? It appears People don’t want to drink their cannabis. Yes cannabis as an ingredient is going to become another market, but canopy has bet huge on producing the ingredient at costs well above their competitors, their 15% gross margin is proof of that. How is canopy going to reduce costs? It’s very difficult to do once costs become imbedded. Please look at my sticky, it was posted in November 2018 (almost a year ago, I can’t believe how time flies) and since it was posted canopy has fallen like I predicted. I know what I’m talking about. Believe me.
