You never fail an FDA trial, you simply do not meet either the primary or secondary endpoints

The FDA will never flat out say that your drug has failed a clinical trial. The company might not want to answer the CRL due to the cost and thus scrap all efforts with said drug

....again, you are misleading investors

P.S., I work in the regularly affairs department for a large pharmaceutical company. My job is to bring drugs to market.

So, can you provide information from the FDA which states the drug “failed” a clinical trial? An article like the one that you copied and pasted which probably came from SA is not sufficient as those articles have ulterior motive.
