Yep. They had a ton of potential. It was looking great right up until they took on that unnecessary debt to be paid with convertible shares and added the first 10b shares to the books. Prior to that there were 500m outstanding shares and they were making good money, making headlines, increasing revenue month after month etc.

They were setup to be HUGE. Ballas squashed all of that for some short term personal gain. Hard to imagine a worse CEO.
