WHITTENHALLJR, You hit the nail right on the head. If the Zero Cost Program wouldn't save 20% they won't do business with that customer.

I'm surprised. You guys are investors of this company and you don't know about the Zero Cost Program. The Zero Cost Program is the mega jugular vine revenue stream of this company.
