Fully aware that this might be an issue.....

Was I truly the only one that thought doing an RS of 500-1 and then getting approval for another one right after for 10000-1 seem odd?

That was the absolute first thing I took into consideration when throwing ideas around.

Why did THEY purposely set themselves up to fail? Because the more and more pieces I started putting together seemed extremely hard to look away from

I’ve had the belief that Rennova was purposely made just to look like a piece of shit company for the year of 2018 and most of 2019, with purposely missing filings and other easy to do bullshit.....just so they could delay something that needed to be done.
The missing 10k is also part of the story.
I actually believe it’s been done and they just not putting it out yet, if it were crappy why not just release the info? What is it going to tarnish their five star reputation?

Lol what is the worst that could have happened by releasing a terrible 10k on time or late? The results would have put us at .0001....and since we are already there my belief from reading all prior filings from the last 3 years, that rennova probably has an ace up their sleeve.

There’s no doubt in my mind that if they RS again there will probably be some sort of class action lawsuit as well from the decimation of shareholder value.

With all this said,

RENNOVA IS AT THE END OF LONG AND WINDING ROPE. And The next few weeks are going to bring many things to light. No other reasons for delays!
Again seriously think about it, how can these other sub par companies put their filings out on time yet rennova cannot? And they actually produce revenues to be able to do so.....but some other ticker with no money tends to get theirs out no problem.

More or less, I’m more curious to see why and what.
