It's my understanding the RM is still up for a vote I have to call in and vote with my control number.If the merger doesn't get approved I was told there would be dilution and all that good stuff that comes with it. The board recommends approval to shareholders. I have to see all the terms first. When they dissolve his to we get 20 percent of the other company.
