My problem is I just don’t know whether or not to buy more or just leave my stash alone!?!

I know no one can answer that I’m just got between so I pay down a minor credit card bill or toss more money into VRUS? Or do I rollover some other funds into VRUS ...or do I just leave well enough alone and enjoy the ride that will eventually come!??
