Fault? Responsibilty? Accountability?

It is amazing that after all these years of touting such seminal retail capable products, MF Berman and crew have now concluded that the pricing model is NOT conducive for acceptance by brick and mortar establishments! I have to agree with Johnny and feel this is simply BS or the epitome of corporate arrogance or ineptness!

Where were the market research and viability studies? The best mousetrap is useless if it cannot be sold. It is late in the game for such an epiphany especially in a declining market which the DECN at any Cost Apologist has noted.

Successful companies are comprised of diverse teams with varying skillsets that when effectively managed create synergy and value. DECN operates as an inbred private entity with the benefits of a public company yet, IMO, a disdain for shareholders. It is appalling to see such wasted opportunity at the hands of what I consider a deceitful, self-serving and manipulative con .....NOTHING with DECN can be taken at face value and a review of PR's and Reports versus REALITY would produce a plethora of proof.

Why has DECN kept its management team so anemic and inbred?
Why hasn't DECN's story, products and potential resulted in a Board of diverse skillsets and talent?
Why has DECN's "technical" prowess failed in marketing and sales after all this time?
Is DECN trying to hide something?
Will DECN change for the better any time soon and become a worthy and profitable investmrnt for shareholders?


Maybe these actions, inactions or IMO, con job does not rise to the level of criminality currently based on many factors BUT is does rise IMO to immorality and a betrayal of public trust ...on face value the DECN story seems altruistic but TIME erodes all.

My ONLY hope is that I can get out of this investment mistake with even money and MF Berman and crew get their karmic due one day!
