So cannabis is legal and they can't pass a bill on Hemp derived CBD? You can't make this stuff up!

California . . . a state where heroin needles are passed out for free for the addicts and marijuana flows freely, can't pass an act so people can take a non-drug hemp oil? You can get high on MJ, but you can't take a few drops of CBD that has little or no THC? What the hell is wrong with those people?

Like ap17 said, I believe big pharma started passing out big bucks and they put the skids on this. Maybe after the bad actors get their bribe money from the pharmaceutical industry, they can turn around and pass it and keep the money with big pharma able to do nothing about it.

I would have bet the farm that if any state would pass this act, it would be California where everything else is legal, including shitting in the streets. But I can't bet the farm, because it is already bet on CVSI! :))
