I think:
- The plan will say NWS ends the end of Sep. Then pps goes to $5
- The capital requirement is 2% of assets
- Time frame 3-4 years to recap
- Congress is necessary only for explicit guarantee
- No IPO

So I do think next Friday pps goes to $5-7.
