Wildcat, great summary and thank you for sharing. I concur with your thoughts on commons being golden! I believe this to be one of the few Bk cases where commons survive.

This due to a combination of (NOLs) Net Operating Losses of 3.5 Billion, accretive earning power and a settlement with CHTR to be in a minimum range of two to six hundred million. Also, there are only about 42 million WINMQ shares outstanding.
