Agreed, neither do I

But if the goal is to recoup losses or even see a profit, what is the best case scenario?

It is an incredibly big IF I realize but IF Karl would clarify/amend things in our favor that is the best case IMO.

If not, I'm with you on a joint lawsuit. But since it is not making my loss any worse short-term, I would rather wait a bit before unleashing the dogs of war.

And let me say here a huge thanks to all who have dug out facts and provided insights. That and Karl's failure to answer are very troubling....
