Wyoming SOS and OTC seem to tie to 18b OS and 1.2b floating. Insiders own 90% of that OS so 16b is out of the market and can be returned to the treasury in a blink making this fly.

My gut and DD tells me they start filing and get Hemp Technology going this fall and we even see possibly Cannary Packaging come in as well. Look at my sticky.

One big day of buying basically wiped out the 2s and it was at 2x3 for a blink, tells me shares are tight here. Management can put out the right PR or filings any day and this is going to fly, it’s in their best interest to. They also started to tweet again recently. It’s been about 4 months since the last PR. I think the coming out party starts after Labor Day.
