Just an FYI, 82 acres of hemp will produce about 4.92M in annual revenue, in addition to their existing revenue. They have already begun cultivating 40 acres of the property, so that is 2.4M in revenue. Hemp produces about 1lb of CBD per plant, about $60,000 per acre. Will get anywhere from $25-35/lb for CBD oil respectively. Can't really dispute that. Real question is why is this so far under everyone's radar?
