I have been looking at Chardan's SPACs/IPOs/Public Offerings (including Wealthbridge which is registered in BVI), and the minimum price of the offerings has been $10. And they all go to the Big Boards.

They seem to be particularly fond of up-listing acquisition companies...

If you check out the charts, many have huge spikes of buying before/at the time of the offering. Someone in the know is grabbing shares...> $10, > $50., > $100. , > $500.
