The problem is getting the railroads to play ball and use their tracks. Barrons issue is he puts out pr’s that suggests the deal is done and then shareholders find out it’s delayed another year. Does he do that to sell shares? I hope that’s not the case. Something positive has to happen soon to get shareholders back.
