Did Kenneth communicate that he had knowledge, or are you making assumptions again? I gathered this was working on the pretense that "if" he had material information. There are plenty of other rules guiding insider trading too. What did Kenneth know and when did he know it, would be relevant. Did Kim include him or are you simply going on message board banter?
