Yes, that is the primary question. “Does the drug have a meaningful impact on cancer?” Having a sister that passed from breast cancer last year, I'd have liked to purchase some. But, it seems that only researchers can do so.

Which reminds me of a sad post I read in the past about the state of care. One of many sad posts on a patient support site.

I went off all meds the month after diagnosis with stage 4 ER+ mets to the bone. I did Gerson Therapy for 11 months along with essiac tea using all the recommended treatment available by mail. I did all the juicing diligently , following all the organic and temperature requirements to maintain optimum enzyme potency and used the best recommended equipment. I had already had chemo and radiation about 5 years before, which is not the best recommended position when starting out because the immune system has been weakened, so natural methods don't work as well. I did feel it would be my best chance to heal even so , because of the length of time since chemo. I was also in the best physical shape of my adult life having exercised 3 X a day with walking, ballet, bicycling and jump roping. After the 11 months on Gerson, I was very weak with severe hip pain, unable to walk, stand or sit. Chemo saved my life at that point, but it took many months of it to regain muscle and rebuild bone.
My lack of success shows I needed to have kept tighter testing. Without a doctor to support what you do, there is no way to test what is happening. I tested only the CA 15-3 through private pay labs but no CT or PET was available to me to check progress. Looking back, I should have switched sooner to another natural method as Dr.Lorraine Day did by trying 40 different methods before nearly dying , when finally arriving upon one combo that worked. She was able to test each natural treatment by watching the breast met rise and fall because she had refused primary surgery in the beginning. It takes a will of iron and complete family support to engage in this sort of endeavor.
I am currently on xeloda , with many supplements I've researched that are university tested, and mostly reported on the NIH website. My CA 15-3 is in normal range but my doc hasn't arranged a complete scan in 12 months, because he goes by symptoms to arrange one. I feel my best hope is to keep restrengthening my immune system with the Budwig diet which I have been following 7 months as a vegetarian. It allows some organic meat for those who need it. I also am trying 2000 mgs. of niacin as taught by the late Dr. Abram Hoffer. I am not yet at his therapeutic dose which is a minimum of 3000 mgs. per day. Many of his patients took up to 9000 mgs.and survived many years.
I hope to gradually decrease the xeloda as the numbers continue to drop while increasing supplements to take up the slack. There is very little hope long term unless a major discovery occurs. There seems little financial incentive to totally heal us, so I don't know what else to do.
Another Dr.that had great success was the late Nicholas Gonzalez who followed the Kelley protocol, an enzyme supplement with varied diets with supplements. His partner in practice is Dr. Isaacs in New York.
I hope you are successful with what you decide. We are all guinea pigs in one way or another with chemo or supplements.

I would think the first question to be asked is
“Does the drug have a meaningful impact on cancer?”
Then discuss revenue if the results are good.
Hopefully Kevetrin is effective. Would love to
borrow the product name from Kellogg’s and refer to
our gem as “Special K”.
