Was NDOL a real company or just a paper company?
The reason I ask this is that this was a biometrics company under the name BTSI. Then all of a sudden they purchase this oil company and changed their name to NDOL. They had no oil experience, nothing. Then all of the staff was let go, people like Amyot and others.
They made a website that never was updated and posted licenses of oil fields with no proven reserves, they posted numbers of proven and probable but never actually proved a thing. They sent out a PR every 3 months with really no backing. At one point Parkin called this a $1.25 billion dollar company. Then this $2.17 buyout fiasco and no we are NWOG. Everything that was NDOL is non-exisitent. All deals, all assets as oil fields were NWOGs and nothing that NDOL had has ever been mentioned again.

I feel that NDOL was nothing more than a fake on paper oil company and we all got ripped buying into it.

Maybe NWOG is real and we can still salvage this but, the whole thing is kind of messed up.
