Authorized shares dont matter if they cant convert and dilute us... and even if they issued fresh shares for another reason, they would be restricted, right?

Most stocks at these levels have an OUTSTANDING AMOUNT higher than 1 billion. lol

What exactly is the point being made here? People that trade subbies arent going to worry about that, they trade far worse. Too funny
