spoke to the CEO...according to Gary (who has been CEO since 2008 and kept the OS relatively preserved since) there are no shares being issued in the near future (other than the offering at 008)...he cant reveal anything else obviously but refers to the past and upcoming filings
so OS should stay ~ 264M for a while
