I've done a fair bit of research into this now, this is what I speculate is happening based on my DD......of course I could be wrong so do your own DD as well.

YanPing Sheng is the Chairman of The Board for World Financial Holding Group, WFHG acquires US OTC shells to be used in RM's with Asian companies wanting to go public in the US. They have done a couple already(DFHL, BYIN) and are working on a few others(BEES, KRFG, MNGG).

Per the latest filings, as of right now KEMIAO GARMENT HOLDING GROUP(AIVI) is basically an empty shell, however......it was recently taken over by Ms Yufang Zhu, and she now controls 36M shares of AIVI(57.586%)

Yufang Zhu is the chairman and founder of KeMiao Clothing Holdings Group(CHINA), as well as Snow Valley Group(CHINA). This part is a bit unclear because all the DD is in Chinese and has to be run though translators, but based on the DD, would appear that KeMiao(CHINA) is dba as Snow Valley Group, or possibly a subsidiary of Snow Valley. They are VERY closely related, but just not 100% sure how yet.

At the signing ceremony, of going public in the US, they appear to use KeMiao(Snow Valley Group) interchangeably.

So based on this article, and the info in the recent filings:

Kemiao Garment Holding Group is a company that uses innovative proprietary products and technology to promote agriculture and fashion. In addition we have expanded our business plan to include acquisition of evolving opportunities in these industries. In summary, Kemiao Garment Holding Group is focused on making strategic investments and providing consumer products the fashion and agriculture industries.

If you put 2+2 together, it would appear that these 'acquisition opportunities' mentioned the 10-12G will almost certainly include KeMiao Clothing Holdings Group(CHINA), and/or Snow Valley Group(CHINA).

The companies are pretty substantial, 500+ employees, multiple subsidiaries, millions in revenue, I won't even begin to post all the DD on these, because there is a TON of it out there, but they look quite solid to me.
