Actually no evidence means that it cannot be claimed there are shorts, documents clearly show zero Short Interest, zero fails to deliver therefore no short position exist in GNCP.

When a claim is made that there are shorts, there is no evidence to support that claim provided.

The rest of the claim of NSS is made up garbage.
