The over-whelming majority of inVYSTors have been advising that the absolute last possible day for VYST to file the oncoming Rotmans Super 8k is October 1st since VYST 1st filed the Rotmans Definitive Acquisition Agreement on Aug 22nd k armour!

So no I don't agree that the Rotmans Super 8k won't arrive until October 1st. Because it could literally arrive any day between now and the October 1st deadline for filing it.

It's all going to depend on what answers/guidance VYST's auditing firm has provided mgmt. as far as making sure the Super 8k filing is done right the 1st time so the SEC has zero reason to come along afterwards and tell them they should've filed it differently.

And as has been discussed since the Definitive Acquisition Agreement 8k filed last month. The only question that remains ahead of the Super 8k is making sure VYST's auditors choose the right path as far as the division of corporate finance is concerned for calling it an acquisition as already filed, or calling it a reverse merger, since Rotmans is valued so much higher than Vystar at this precise juncture.

And regardless of whether it's filed as an acquisition or reverse merger, VYST's valuation metrics are going to be dramatically increasing the moment the long awaited Rotmans fully audited fins are in fact consolidated onto VYST's books k glty
