The share structure has not changed in the past 8 months. No new shares are being sold/issued. The only apparent dumping has been by lenders that got their shares more than a year ago.

BLUU needs some kind of news get shares trading again. It's at a stalemate now. Lenders can't get rid of the shares with no interest from retail.

Alessi should activate the case again. He can still sit on the shell even after winning the case. At least he will be a step closer in the process and create some volume to flush out the lender shares.
