Hemp oil has a higher wholesale price than isolate and market demand is increasing globally. CBD is only one possible revenue stream that can be sourced and isolated from hemp. The Hemp Technology team is well versed in distilling these potential resources that allow us to capitalize on the hemp plant in its entirety.
The current wholesale price of CBD isolate is well over $3,800 USD per kilogram and has continued to rise. We expect the Company will be able to produce a minimum of 1,5400 kilograms of CBD isolate per month sold at $4,500 a kilo wholesale, conservatively. The wholesale price for the minor cannabinoid, CBN, is currently $50,000 a kilo. We will be able to produce 50 kilos and have priced to sell at $40,000 a kilo.
Based on the Company’s established industry connections, the Company anticipates that it will be able to sell more CDB/CBN that it is able to produce. This will open the door for new partnerships to meet the strong industry demand for hemp.
