I read a little of the info you posted so lnglf is a derivative of lngl and lnglf is controlled by MMS that's not good but all penny stocks are controlled by MMS what gets me is that lnglf will not be considered for dividends from lngl. So to me the only thing to move this stock is the start on of Construction.
