The best plan is one that protects all stakeholders on a fair basis. Homebuyers deserve a preserved 30 year mortgage at a fair cost. Taxpayers deserve repayment of the bailout they funded, and some assurance of "never again". Bondholders deserve adequate GSE financial stability to meet obligations. Lenders, the same. And junior preferred and common shareholders deserve an emergence from nationalization and restoration of shareholder rights and investment returns.

I do NOT support any "Plan" that cannibalizes one group and creates total bag-holders among any of the others.
