Regarding the SIML AS Increase & the 8-K...

Below is what I had previously posted regarding the expected increase in the Authorized Shares (AS) for SIML:

d-train, regarding the AS increase & the 8-K...

This was a very powerful 8-K from SIML. I believe something huge and powerful is going to transpire here with SIML. They did a very good job in articulating their stance. I believe the company is near enough to execute on their business objectives in some huge ways. This PR & 8-K makes it very clear in my opinion that the debt will be no problem:

The increase in the Authorized Shares (AS) was simply to accommodate the notes to have sitting in reserves as if they were all going to hit market to existing even though they are not going to hit the market and are going to be extinguished.

The purpose for the increase in the number of authorized shares is pursuant with the note-holder requirements for the required reserves specified under each of the notes on the company’s derivative table. Fluctuation in stock price enforces issuer compliance for note-holders to restructure share reserves.

For the record, any time there is a change in the Outstanding Shares (OS), then such is dilution. However, not all dilution is bad. The dilution here is like I had explained before below as it gives investors a last chance for cheap shares once the dilution has ceased:
