IMO, I don't thing Mark lied. Remember ARYC hired an outside consultant to do the Statistical Projection beside RRBB, since RRBB lacks of such expertise.

I think ARYC in effect has started transition their auditing work from RRBB to another entity that ARYC has more control over. (need more control to cook the book, if you will)

We shall see what the truth is after law suit settles.
