A lot of people have been inquiring about PAO Group, Inc. - $PAOG (PAOG), Rising BioSciences, Inc. (RBII), and HIGH END Products. We wanted to take a moment to clarify the relationship between these entities, as follows:

HIGH END Products LLC acquired the control block of PAOG in January 2019. When PAOG transferred its medical clinics assets to Rising BioSciences earlier this year, PAOG also acquired the exclusive rights to manufacture RBII's flagship product, Cannophen. HIGH END Products has been tasked with manufacturing Cannophen in the state of Michigan on behalf of PAOG / RBII. ??

In addition to Cannophen THC/CBD Premium Blend Capsules, HIGH END Products has developed Cannophen vape carts using their proprietary C-CUP™ 510 Cartridges. ?? HIGH END Products also recently launched a Broad-Spectrum CBD variation of Cannophen, which can be sold across all 50 states. HIGH END Products is currently working with both PAOG and RBII on securing distribution for these products. We plan to distribute THC variations of Cannophen throughout Michigan through HIGH END Products, and plan to distribute CBD variations of Cannophen through joint ventures with HIGH END Products, RBII, and PAOG.

HIGH END Products also manufactures its own line of products in the state of Michigan, as well as several OEM / whitelabel brands that are not associated with PAOG or RBII.
